Layouts – Left Slicers with Logo

Description

Due to overwhelming feedback on the left slicers layout.  We made a slight modification that includes a place on the report pages for a Logo / Report Icon.  Also, with this layout we are including screen shots of the various included JSON files to help you style the report.
